Description
This three-day Uganda wildlife safari takes you to Queen Elizabeth National Park, Uganda’s second-largest national park, with plenty of wildlife, birds and primates. This park also has spectacular scenery, including Crater Lakes and rolling Savannah plains overlooking the snow-capped Rwenzori Mountain ranges. You will enjoy game drives, boat cruises, and chimp tracking in Kalinzu Forest.
Itinerary

Day 1: Journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park
- After your early breakfast at your hotel in Entebbe or Kampala.
- You will be picked up by our company representative, who will be your driver guide. He will brief you about your trip.
- Travel westwards through Uganda’s beautiful green countryside to the Queen Elizabeth National Park. The journey will take 6-7 hours.
- Stopovers at the Equator for an opportunity to stand in two hemispheres at the same time.
- Lunch en route. Continue through the savannah grasslands with lots of banana plantations and several herds of local long-horned Ankole cattle endemic to this part of the country.
- Get to Queen Elizabeth National Park in the evening.
- Upon arrival, check in to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay at Twins Lake Safari Lodge.

Day 2: Wildlife Safari and Boat Cruise
- After an early morning breakfast at your lodge, set off for a morning game drive.
- Benefit from an awesome experience to spot the animals in natural habitats.
- Expect to see the Elephants, Buffalos, Lions, Bushbucks, Kobs, Giant forest hog, Hyenas, Leopards, antelopes, and Waterbucks as well as birds.
- Later enjoy your lunch and relax. In the afternoon, take a launch cruise along the amazing Kazinga channel.
- See, at close range, the water animals to include Hippos, Buffalos, Crocodiles, and elephants bathing on the channel banks.
- Also, observe a variety of bird species on the water banks especially the famous Shoebill, pelican, and Jacana.
- Later return to your lodge for dinner and overnight at Twins Lake Safari Lodge.

Day 3: Chimp Tracking and Return to Entebbe
- After your early morning breakfast at your lodge.
- Check-out and head to Kalinzu forest for chimp tracking.
- Chimp tracking takes 3-4 hours.
- Proceed for your transfer back to Entebbe with lunch en-route, arriving in Entebbe late evening.
- Be dropped off at your hotel or airport for your departure flight depending on your schedule.
