We really enjoyed our time with Tim!! He is very personable, knowledgeable and has a wonderful sense of humour that had us laughing so often! Tim was punctual and professional. We gave him some ideas of what we would like to do and then he planned our tour accordingly.  We really liked the fact that he brought his camera along and made a wonderful photo journal of our time with him, We highly recommend Tim as a tour guide. He will make your visit to Johannesburg and area very  memorable!

Thulasizwe Nkabinde

Thulasizwe is an excellent guide for this tour. He is very knowledgeable and he lives in Soweto so he knows and understands the community. He provided a wide variety of experiences in Soweto including a visit to a home and to Kliptown Youth Program including the crèche (2 to 4 year olds) which was inspiring and uplifting. We were able to go to Regina Mundi Church, Vilakazi street withandela’s house plus see Hector Pieterson Memorial Square and visit the Museum . Thulasizwe provided us with a thorough history of the apartheid era and the anti apartheid movement to deepen our understanding. Thulasizwe was very professional and paced the tour well so we did not feel rushed. He provided a very memorable day for us. We highly recommend Thulasizwe as a tour guide!

George is an exceptional tour guide! We were so very fortunate to be able to spend four amazing days with him! From the start communication was efficient and excellent. George  met us so warmly with a lovely gift bag at the airport. He was very personable and we felt very comfortable with him right away and as if we  had known him for much longer. He is knowledgeable, professional  and has a good sense of humour. George is perceptive and very thoughtful and gets to know you very quickly. He became a good friend during our tour with him. He created such an amazingly personalized tour for us which was so overwhelmingly enjoyable as it unfolded. We could not have wished for more than what he delivered and our time with him exceeded all of our expectations. George was attentive to our needs and all of the daily details. He really helped us to learn about Cape Town and its surrounding areas including the West Coast, Cape of Good Hope and Cape Point. We saw so much and learned about the history, plants and animals of the area as well as meeting many special people including Christo Brand. George always paced the day according to our needs. He even took us to the airport on our last day and we felt as if we were saying goodbye to a family member.

We highly recommend George as a tour guide. We thank you, George, for all that you did for us to provide such a memorable time in Cape Town. You are a friend for life! We hope to return in the future.
