Wilson Pilatuna

Wilson embodies knowledge, friendliness, and dedication to making his guests have everything they desire. I was travelling with a student group and Wilson did an exemplary job relating to both the students and the adult chaperones. He engaged our group with tidbits of knowledge throughout our tour of Quito, Guayaquil and the Galapagos Islands. He went above and beyond our expectations, finding a cacao plantation to stop at and visit, even though the route we were travelling had been changed and his arranged plans had to be let go. Wilson has a great sense of humor, is extremely conscientious and patient, (a must when travelling with 19 teenagers!) Every traveler in our group has fond memories of Wilson and will forever positively associate him with a trip of a lifetime. I cannot say enough good things about this man and the amount of hard work he put into making our trip run smoothly, and the countless extra things he added to make the dull moments into highlights, and to share with us interesting insights into Ecuadorian culture.
