Timothy Smith

I had a wonderful day visiting Pilanesberg with Tim. He is a passionate and knowledgeable guide, who really cares about the animals and has a brilliant sense of humour to boot. We drove to the park in Tim's van from Johannesburg and spent about three or four hours on the safari. We had some very special, up-close encounters with elephants, a phoenix, giraffes, a family of cheetahs, zebras, a rhino, and many more. Tim arranged a lovely lunch at a nice cafe within the park, he made sure we always had water, and he also took lots of excellent photos with his professional camera, which he gave to us for free at the end of the trip. Overall, it was a truly unforgettable day and I would recommend Tim to anyone – he's a great guy and if I ever return to South Africa again I'll be sure to look him up.
