hoda-cairo-tour-guide

I was in Cairo for over two weeks and Hoda was one of four tour guides I chose for this time. As I went there alone I wanted someone I can trust and my intuition was right: She’s a very lovely, trustworthy, attentive, patient, positive, open-minded young woman and a knowledgeable, professional, passionate tour guide. Normally she doesn’t make tours in English, because she thinks her English is not good enough for that [which is not true in my eyes], but I booked her anyway and I’m glad I did. I especially wanted to take pictures and already knew before what I wanna see and when I wanna see it. So instead of having a tour guide which plans the itinerary for me I just needed someone that accompanies me and guides me to the places I wanted to go. Although she’s maybe more used to other kinds of tours she was fine with that and all the tours turned out exactly as I imagined them. She was also open to spontaneous changes. She’s anyway such a sweetheart, I enjoyed every second with her and I’m looking forward seeing her again when I’m traveling to Cairo next time. :)

I especially wanted to take pictures and already knew before what I wanna see and when I wanna see it. So instead of having a tour guide which plans the itinerary for me I just needed someone that accompanies me and guides me to the places I wanted to go. Although she’s maybe more used to other kinds of tours she was fine with that and all the tours turned out exactly as I imagined them. She was also open to spontaneous changes. For example, once I changed the whole tour [instead of going to the Pharaonic Village, I wanted to go to Memphis and Saqqara a second time] and that was absolutely no problem for her. I’m looking forward seeing her again when I’m traveling to Cairo next time! I’m sure the tours with her will be great again! :)
