Praveen Mendis

My wife (Japanese, 29) and I (American, 32) had a one week trip with Praveen.  

He is a safe and reliable driver, always on time, and full of good ideas to spend an amazing vacation in Sri Lanka.  Also, it is obvious that Praveen really loves his country and teaching visitors all about its culture, its historic sights, food, and more.  Sometimes he stopped to buy snacks for all of us to enjoy, and he even stopped at a CD store to buy some Sri Lankan music for us to listen to while we were in the car.  We enjoyed that a lot.  He has a great sense of humor, is very friendly, takes great pictures and selfies, and is an all-around a great guy.  We miss him already!

I really don't think you can ask for anything more in a tour guide/driver.  Praveen is at the top of his league and hopefully will be the #1 tour guide in Sri Lanka and the whole world!!
