Xavier was the guide for two of my colleagues and myself for a half-day visit of the region around Tequila, and in 5 hours we learned everything there is to know about the agave plant and the liquor made from it. Xavier is very personable, very knowledgeable about this area around Guadalajara and was an entertaining and enjoyable guide and companion. He speaks very good English and I cannot recommend him highly enough.
