We saw a flyer for Hectors tours while attending the Ironman 70.3 PR 2015 expo. We wanted to do the bio bay but wanted to stay away from the pricey hotel endorsed tours. Most bio bay tours are led by kayak but when we contacted Hector and learned that his was paddling on a surf board, this sounded much more intriguing. Hectors price also beats all other competitors by a landslide. He picked us up on time and returned us to our hotel safely. He was very easy to get in contact with and keeps his tours to maximum of 5 people to ensure a safe, individual experience for the small group. The tour by surf board was truly a unique and incredible experience. Being able to have your body in sparkling, magic like, glowing waters is beyond anything I've ever seen before.
