Cecil gave us an incredible tour of the Verdun area. The communication was excellent, starting well before our visit by getting to know our interests. He recommended an itinerary that limited our walking, which was something we needed. He is very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about WWI history and shared lots of amazing stories. I think he also gave an honest assessment of what sites were worth our time and what sites we could skip. We spent an entire day and it worked fantastically to take the train from Paris to Meuse, where Cecil met us to start the tour. By doing this, he was able to show us a historic and important road that many visitors miss when they start the tour in Verdun. Super reasonable price for the tour and very personalized.
