once I dreamed about have this Everest Base Camp Trekking! now it become reality and I had the support and encouragement from Deepak Aryal l!! I'm sure was the best choice! from the first contact he was so attentive, so present, answered all my infinite doubts. 14 days walking in one of the most beautiful places on earth, with my super attentive guide, , he was careful, always watching over my water, food, health. patient with my photographs, meditations, prayers stops. the lodges were very OK, the food was a surprise, tasty, flavored, stimulate and very good, even at GorakShep, where you gonna be out of energy, the smell of the food will encourage you to eat. follow your rhythm, follow your strength, do not try to compare yourself with others, take LOTS of water, make how many pees you need, if you need to seat for rest, do it, if you need to walk slowly do it, pay attention to your body and your physical conditions, it's nice but is hard! toilet paper and water kind of go at the same price :), in Lukla you'll pay 80rp but at Gorakshep, 350rp.
