Ugur Karaca

I am a tour operator in Pakistan and visited Istanbul for a short 3 day trip with my mom last year and unlucky for us, it started raining and the temperature dropped from 15 to 5 and we weren't prepared for it. My mom got sick and had to spend the next 2 days in the hotel though Ugur was so helpful on day 1 that he arranged warm clothes and raincoats on his own and kept her condition in mind to make her trip memorable yet easy going. Being in the same industry I KNOW tour guides really don't care much and try to cover all the locations written in the itinerary. Ugur surprised me!

Since that, we now communicate every now and then and are good friends now! Will surely catch up with him again on my next visit.
