Itinerary

1. Day 1: Arrival in Istanbul

   • Our assistant will meet you at the airport upon your arrival. Transfer to your hotel. 

   Overnight in İstanbul.

2. Day 2: Full Day Old City Tour

   • Picked up from the hotel and met by your tour guide for a full day to discover the city of Istanbul. The tour will include visiting the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Hippodrome, Grand Bazaar, Topkapi Palace and the Rustem Pasa Mosque. You will be dropped off at your hotel at the end of the tour.

3. Day 3: Flight to Cappadocia & Full Day Cappadocia Tour

   • Since your departure from the Istanbul hotel will be early in the morning, and you will not have the opportunity to have breakfast, Adams Holiday will order you a special breakfast at the Cappadocia airport landing. Check out from İstanbul Hotel. You will be picked up from your hotel in Istanbul to take a 45-minute flight to Kayseri Airport. Upon arrival, your private guide will meet you to enjoy the Cappadocia Day Trip From Istanbul. Firstly we will visit the famous “Devrent Valley and “Pasabagi” (Monk`s Valley). After lunch at a local restaurant in “Avanos” Town on the banks of the Kizilirmak Red River, we will see some of the world-famous Turkish Handicrafts being made here. In the afternoon, we will visit the “Goreme Open Air Museum and "Uchisar Rock Castle". End of the tour, transfer back to the Hotel in Cappadocia.

4. Day 4: Full Day Cappadocia South Tour

   •  After breakfast, you will be picked up from your hotel for Full day tour of South Cappadocia. On this day, you will be able to see: KIZILCUKUR, an isolated valley behind Urgup. It has beautiful rock formations with some great hidden rock-carved churches. The most interesting part of this area is the countless tracks connecting the small villages and towns through vineyards and gardens like a spider net. It is always possible to see villagers working in the area and offering you grapes, apples, or apricots. 
   • CAVUSIN: One of the oldest settlements in the area, Cavusin is situated 2km from Goreme on the Göreme-Avanos road. The Church of St. John the Baptist offers a panoramic view of the village. This church and its paintings date back to the 5th century, making it the oldest church in the region. It had a large courtyard which is unusual for Cappadocia, and this has been eroded away, however.
   • Underground City: One of the largest and deepest of the 40 others in Cappadocia. They have eight floors, although not all are open to the public.
   • PIGEON HOUSE: Visit the pigeon houses and rock formations. 
   • End of the tour, transfer back to the airport for a flight back to Istanbul. 
   • Arrive and meet with our assistant and transfer back to your hotel.

5. Day 5: Full Day Bosphorus Cruise Tour

   •  Breakfast at the hotel and a full-day Bosphorus Cruise & Two Continents Tour of Istanbul. The tour will start with City Walls, and you will visit Golden Horn, Spice Bazaar, Bosphorus Cruise, Bosphorus Bridge, Beylerbeyi Palace, and Camlıca Hill. You will be dropped off at your hotel at the end of the tour.

6. Day 6: Departure

   • After breakfast, check out of the hotel. You will have free time until transfer to the airport for your flight to your next destination/home after 6 Days Istanbul - Cappadocia Vacation Package.
