Take daily flights from Manila to Legazpi and Cebu to Legazpi then take the UV Express from Legazpi Terminal to Tabacco Pier.Take a ferry from Tabacco Pier to San Andres or Virac 2-4 hours
Last Ferry Trip is 1PM.

By Land and Sea
Take a bus from Pasay or Cubao Terminal or by private van to Tabacco Pier– 10-12 hours
Take a ferry from Tabacco Pier to San Andres or Virac 2-4 hours
