Day 1 : Arrival and Game Drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park

Day 2: Morning Game Drive and Boat Safari on the Kazinga Channel
Wake up early for another thrilling day in Queen Elizabeth National Park. After breakfast, you’ll head out on a morning game drive, which will take you deeper into the park’s most remote corners. This is the perfect time to witness the Big Four in action, with lions potentially hunting or resting, elephants moving in large herds, and buffaloes grazing along the park’s grassy plains. The morning light enhances the beauty of the landscape, offering exceptional photographic opportunities. Your experienced guide will provide valuable insights into the behavior and ecology of the park’s wildlife, ensuring you make the most of every moment.
After your morning adventure, return to the lodge for lunch before setting off for a relaxing boat safari along the famous Kazinga Channel. This 32-kilometer waterway is a lifeline for many of the park’s animals, providing a rare opportunity to observe wildlife from a completely different perspective. As you glide along the channel, you’ll see pods of hippos lounging in the water, crocodiles basking on the banks, and a variety of bird species, including flamingos and pelicans. The boat safari allows you to capture unique photos of the animals in a peaceful, serene setting. In the evening, return to your lodge to enjoy a delicious dinner and reflect on your day’s experiences.

Day 3: Transfer to Kampala/Entebbe
- Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at 8:30am, taking in the serene surroundings of the lodge as you reflect on the highlights of your Queen Elizabeth Wildlife Tour.
- After breakfast, you will begin your journey back to Kampala at around 9:00am, with your safari guide ensuring your comfort throughout the drive.
- As you make your way back, you’ll stop for lunch in Mbarara, a bustling town where you can enjoy a delicious meal and perhaps sample some local specialties.
- After lunch, your journey continues with a visit to the Equator Crossing, a perfect opportunity to stretch your legs and snap some photos.
- While at the Equator, take the time to explore the curio shops, where you can shop for authentic Ugandan souvenirs such as handcrafted jewelry, clothing, and artwork to take home as mementos of your trip.
- After your visit to the Equator, continue your drive to Kampala/Entebbe, where you will be dropped off at the airport for your evening flight back home.
- Your safari concludes with fond memories of the incredible wildlife encounters and stunning landscapes you’ve experienced over the past three days.
