Visit Emiliana, a pioneer of organic farming in Chile (they were the first winery to get certified in the country), they also go beyond organic with their bio-dynamic farming. A marvellous chance to see the alpacas they use to "clean" the vineyards instead of pesticides.
Have lunch at Casa Botha, a nice Italian-Chilean restaurant in the middle of the valley, attended by the friendly owner who is a wine connoisseur.
Observe the entire process i.e., from the vine to the bottle at Casas Del Bosque, recently voted the best winery to visit in Casablanca valley. Besides, the place itself is beautiful.
