Itinerary

1. Day 1: Hustai National Park

   • In the morning at 09:00 AM, you will meet your local guide and driver at your hotel lobby and drive to Hustai National Park, one of the most popular national parks in Mongolia.
   • Upon arrival, we will visit a nomadic family and enjoy a lunch. 
   • Afterward, you will have the opportunity to experience a one-hour horse ride with the family. 
   • Later, we will head to the National Park to see the magnificent Takhi wild horses, also known as Przewalski's horses, which are the last remaining wild horses on Earth. 
   • You will also have the chance to observe other wildlife in their natural habitat. 
   • In the evening, we will return to the nomadic family. 
   • You will stay overnight in your own Mongolian traditional ger, situated next to the nomads' ger.

   Accommodation: Local family stay 

   Meals: Lunch, Dinner

2. Day 2: Terelj National Park

   • Today, we will drive to the beautiful Terelj National Park, one of the most famous national parks for a weekend getaway. 
   • Upon arrival, we will visit a local family in the park, located a short drive away, and enjoy lunch.
   • Afterward, we will explore the naturally shaped Turtle Rock and the Temple of Meditation (2-3 hours hike). 
   • Optional horseback riding is also available in the park for those interested. 
   • In the evening, we will stay overnight with the local family.

3. Day 3: Giant Chinggis Khan statue

   • After breakfast, we will say goodbye to the hosts and drive to Ulaanbaatar with the stop for the Giant Chinggis Khan statue, a 40 m high stainless-steel statue. 
   • Arrive before lunch time and you will be dropped off at your accommodation.
