Description
Visit Termessos, located high in the Taurus mountain range, like Machu Picchu in Peru. Begin at the Opet gas station in Antalya, where I’ll pick you up in a private car. Explore the ancient city, including the gymnasium, baths, water canals, colonnaded street, agora, theater, the temple of Artemis and Hadrian, city walls, necropolis, and more. The city sits 1,050 meters above sea level, but don’t worry—there's a pathway for an easy walk through the national park. Termessos is just 38 km from Antalya, and after our visit, we’ll return to the city center.
This is a small group tour. It is a hiking tour in an ancient city. Time and date can be changed as desired (depending on weather conditions and suitability of work schedule).

It is a hiking tour in an ancient city. Time and date can be changed as desired (depending on weather conditions and suitability of work schedule). Termessos is located at the top of the mountain, like Machu Picchu in Peru.
- Our tour starts in Antalya (the meeting point is the Opet gas station). I'll pick you up from the meeting point in a private car and drive to the magical atmosphere of the Termessos ancient city. We will make a journey to the past in Ancient Termessos and see daily life in the ancient city, gymnasium-military school, bath, water canals, collonaded street, agora, theater, bouleuterion, the temple of Artemis and Hadrian, city walls and gates, necropolis, heroum-monument, antique fortifications.
- At the end of the tour, we'll return to the city center.
- The city is 1050 meters above sea level in the Taurus mountain range. We will walk in a mountainous region in the national park. No worries you don't have to climb there is a pathway. Termessos is 38 km far from Antalya.
