Sightseeing in Yerevan
- Republic Square: We start our walk at the beautiful Republic Square, surrounded by neoclassical architectural buildings. This magnificent site features musical fountains, offering a fantastic singing-dancing fountain show from early May to mid-autumn, accompanied by music from various genres.
- Our walk continues through Northern Avenue to the modern part of Yerevan, and then to the old part, such as Abovyan Street.
- Visit the famous chansonnier Charles Aznavour Square.
- A visit to the Opera building is a unique opportunity to appreciate the architectural masterpiece located at the heart of Yerevan.
- The Cascade Complex offers breathtaking views of the city and Biblical Mount Ararat, along with beautiful sculptures from the Gérard Cafesjian collection.
- At the Matenadaran, an old repository building, you'll see monuments to outstanding Armenian cultural figures, including the inventor of the alphabet and scholars, located in its courtyard.
- We will walk to the 50th Anniversary of October Revolution Monument and Victory Park to see the Mother Armenia statue.
- Visit the military museum where photos and personal items of heroes can be seen.
- Experience Yerevan city from the top and visit one of the most important sites in Yerevan, the Armenian Genocide Memorial Complex. This includes the Memorial Sepulcher with an eternal flame surrounded by twelve tall basalt slabs, and the Armenian Genocide Museum with its exhibits of large photos, archival documents, documentary films, and original documents from international organizations and foreign parliaments condemning the Genocide.
- Vernissage is an open market exhibition in the center of Yerevan, where you'll find exclusive Armenian handmade masterpieces, souvenirs, and works of art.
