Description
Visit Bled Island by traditional "pletna" boat and Bled Castle, perched on a rock high above the lake, offering great photo opportunities. From Bled, proceed to Kranjska Gora, a quaint alpine town known for its winter ski resorts. Explore the alpine Lake Jasna and cross the 1,611 m high Vršič Pass, stepping into the picturesque wilderness of the Soča River Valley. Enjoy a hike to the river's origin and drive to the town of Bovec. The next day offers optional adrenaline-packed white-water rafting on the Soča River, followed by lunch and relaxation in Bovec before returning to Ljubljana.
Itinerary

Ljubljana to Lake Bled, Triglav National Park, & Soča Valley
- We will pick you up in Ljubljana and take you on this exhilarating Tour in the Julian Alps and Triglav National Park.
- Our first stop is at Lake Bled, with its island with a small church in the middle. You can visit the island on a traditional pletna boat.
- After that, we will visit the Bled Castle, sitting on a rock high above the lake. Great photo opportunities. Beautiful alpine lake with an island in the middle and a medieval castle on a rock high above the lake.
- From Bled, we proceed to Kranjska Gora, a small alpine town in the Julian Alps of Triglav National Park, which in winter turns into a ski resort.
- We will visit the small alpine Lake Jasna and cross the 1.611 m high Vrsic Pass.
- Now, we will be stepping into the gorgeous wilderness of Soca River Valley. We will go for a short hike to the Soca River origins and drive to the small town of Bovec.
- The next day, we go (optional) for some adrenalin white water rafting on Soca River, have lunch and relax in picturesque Bovec and in the afternoon, return to Ljubljana.
