Day 1: Basra Arrival
- Arrival at Basra Airport and pickup

- Lunch and dinner at the hotel for those staying in.
Evening: Optional walk by the Port of Shat Al Arab.
Optional boat ride: Sindbad The Sailor.
- Visit the Italian Bridge.
Return to the hotel for the night.

Day 2: Basra to Nassryiah
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Drive to Nassryiah (2 hours, 200km/124 miles).
- Stop at Al Qurna to see where the Tigris and Euphrates meet and visit Adam's Tree Garden.
- Visit the Marshlands and enjoy lunch (Mazgof – fresh grilled fish or chicken with rice for those allergic to seafood).
- Boat ride in the Marshlands: experience the wildlife, buffaloes, and birds, and explore local life.
Stay the night at a reed house or nearby local hotel.

Day 3: Nassryiah to Najaf
- Breakfast at the reed house.

- Drive to Najaf (3.5-hour drive).
