The itinerary

Day 01

Kuala Lumpur to Taman Negara and Jungle Adventures

  • After breakfast, depart for Kuala Tahan at 07:00 am.

  • Enjoy a tour of Batu Caves, a limestone outcrop. Ladies are requested to keep their knees and shoulders covered.

  • Reach Kuala Tahan by around 11:00 am.

  • Indulge in activities such as jungle trekking to Teresek Hill, spotting various types of birds and animals, rapids shooting, and meeting the Batek tribe, who lead environment-friendly lives. You will gain insight into their fire-making skills and blowpipe-hunting techniques.

  • By 5:00 pm, check in to the hotel and relax.

  • Take a night walk in the jungle and enjoy the forest orchestra as the safari guide tells you about the animals that come out looking for food and water. Please bring a torchlight with extra batteries.

Return to the hotel for a good night's sleep.

Day 02

Taman Negara to Cameron Highlands

  • At 8:00 am, depart for the Cameron Highlands, a hill resort known for its large tea plantations and farmlands.

  • Visit and explore the aromatic tea gardens spread across more than 8,000 acres of refreshing rolling hills, along with the Butterfly Farm & Insectarium, fruit market, and strawberry farm.

  • Check in to the hotel. Free and easy.

Cameron Highlands to Penang Island

  • At 8:00 am, after breakfast, depart for Penang Island.

  • Visit George Town, the Temple of Reclining Buddha, the Clan Jetties, and Fort Cornwallis.

  • Check in. Free and easy.

  • Batu Feringghi is a lively seafront with hotels, restaurants, nightlife, and night markets.

  • Enjoy the sun, sea, and sands of Batu Feringghi.

  • Rapids shooting is a thrill as the boatman negotiates 7 sets of rapids. Please bring a change of clothes.
  • Cameron Highlands is known for its farmlands, tea plantations, orchards, nurseries, waterfalls, rivers, lakes, wildlife, mossy forest, golf courses, places of worship, bungalows, Land Rovers, and the 'Orang Asli' (Aborigines).
