1. Explore Haridwar and Rishikesh on this same day tour

   • Early Morning Departure from Delhi:
     • The tour begins with an early morning drive from Delhi to Haridwar, approximately 4–5 hours away by road (220 km). You'll travel in a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle.

   • Arrival in Haridwar:

     • Har Ki Pauri Ghat: Begin your exploration by visiting Har Ki Pauri, the most famous ghat, where pilgrims come to take a dip in the holy Ganges. You can witness the sacred morning rituals and enjoy the spiritual vibe of the place.
     • Mansa Devi Temple: Ride the cable car (or trek) to the Mansa Devi Temple, located atop a hill, offering stunning views of Haridwar and the surrounding areas.
     • Chandi Devi Temple (optional): Another famous temple perched on a hill, accessible by cable car or a moderate hike. This temple is dedicated to Goddess Chandi, a form of Goddess Durga.

   • Drive to Rishikesh:

     • After exploring Haridwar, proceed to Rishikesh, which is around 30 km from Haridwar. The scenic drive along the banks of the Ganges offers beautiful views of the river and surrounding hills.

   • Rishikesh Exploration:

     • Laxman Jhula & Ram Jhula: Visit the iconic suspension bridges, Laxman Jhula and Ram Jhula, which span the Ganges. These pedestrian bridges are landmarks of Rishikesh, offering beautiful views of the river and temples.
     • Parmarth Niketan Ashram: One of the largest ashrams in Rishikesh, Parmarth Niketan is a serene place where you can explore spiritual teachings and yoga practices.
     • Beatles Ashram (optional): Visit the famous ashram where The Beatles stayed in the late 1960s. It is now a peaceful, abandoned site filled with spiritual graffiti and a relaxing atmosphere.
     • Triveni Ghat: If time permits, you can witness the evening Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat, a mesmerizing spiritual ceremony held along the river banks with chanting, lamps, and prayers.

   Lunch:

   • Enjoy a traditional vegetarian lunch at a local restaurant or an ashram in Rishikesh.

   • Evening Ganga Aarti in Haridwar:

     • Head back to Haridwar to witness the grand Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri. The evening aarti is a spectacular spiritual ceremony where priests perform prayers and offerings to the river, accompanied by devotional music and chants.

   • Return to Delhi:

     • After the Ganga Aarti, you'll begin your journey back to Delhi, arriving late at night.
