Day 1: Dushanbe - Kalai Khum
- Depart Dushanbe and travel to Kalai Khum through spectacular mountain scenery.
- You will cross the Norak Water Reservoir which is called the Tajik Sea and visit the ancient fortress Hulbuk dated from the VIII century. The highest point of the day is Shurobod Pass (2267m), from here Afghanistan border starts.
- You will be driving along the natural border of the River Panj. This part is wonderful because of its unique mountains and is already the territory of the Pamir Mountains.

Day 2: Kalai Khum–Rushan
- You will continue along the panoramic road of Pamir and Rushon urban settlements.
- You continue way along corridors and gorges of the Panj River – this is the natural border between Tajikistan and Afghanistan. Its banks are fanciful natural landscapes and mountainous reliefs. You can also take a walk on the Rushon fortress.
- After lunch, you will go to the village of Khuf, approximately 25 km from the center of the Rushon district. Khuf Valley is located at an altitude of 2700 to 3000 meters above sea level. There you can enjoy the fresh air and beautiful nature.
- After that, you will come back to the center of Rushon.

Day 3: Rushan – Bartang Valley – Trek to Jizew
- Your excursion will consist of heading toward the Bartang Valley. Bartang is one of the most picturesque and spectacular valleys of the Western Pamirs. Even the Pamiri people treat their countrymen from Bartang with high respect because of their difficult living conditions.
- Later on, you will trek to the Jizew Valley, which is famous for its thick vegetation and landscapes and has fascinating people.

Day 4: Jizew – Bardara
- You will travel further up the Bartang Valley to the village of Bardara. The people of Bartang are known for their warm hospitality; everyone who enters the village is welcomed with open arms. The valley remains unspoiled by modern civilization, which is often seen as a threat to human qualities. Bartang's beauty and grandeur are awe-inspiring, captivating not only foreigners but also residents of Tajikistan.
- At night, a plethora of stars illuminate the sky, making it a breathtaking sight to behold. In 2015, the Bartang Valley was recognized as one of the Top 100 green destinations on the planet.

Day 5: Bardara – Barchadiv
- Your journey through the Bartang Valley continues as you stop at the village of Barchadiv.
- You will travel along the Bartang River to Upper Bartang. The river originates from the Tanimas Glacier and flows into the Bartang River. Bartang Valley is perhaps the only place where ancient traditions are still preserved, including manual farming methods and equipment, such as oxen plowing, grain threshing, and sowing, among others. Many rituals and traditions are still performed locally in a unique way that differs from others in the larger region.

Day 6: Barchadiv – Rushan
- You will come back through the picturesque Bartang Valley.
- You will drive along the Bartang River admiring the natural purity. You will head from the upper to the lower part of the Bartang Valley. There will be many stops along the way to take pictures of the beautiful scenery and sightseeing.
- Arriving in Rushon, you will walk through beautiful places and see an amazing view of the villages of Afghanistan, located on the left bank of the Pyanj River. The administrative center of Rushon is the town of Vamar.

Day 7: Rushan – Kalai Khum
- The road from Rushon to Kalai-Khumb along the road that you passed earlier. The unusual name of this settlement is translated from Persian as “Fortress on Khumb”. Near the Kalai Khum, there are several almost destroyed fortifications and settlements, but the fortress in Kalai-Khumb itself has not survived to this day.
- The old city of Karon is located in the eastern part of the village of Kalai-Khumb at an altitude of 2000 meters above sea level. The area of the city is 100 hectares. An ancient city that existed for about 4 thousand years.

Day 8: Kalai Khum – Khaburabot – Dushanbe
- In the morning, you will travel to Dushanbe.
- You will cross the high Khaburabot Pass (3252), known as the Western Pamir Highway. The road passes through a colorful river valley and breathtaking mountain valleys where you can stop to rest and take pictures. Residents - mountaineers Tajiks are by nature hardworking, hospitable, and kind people.
- These people greatly respect their traditions and folklore, and guests are treated with special respect. This journey attracts lovers of pure nature and fascinates with ethnic and cultural diversity and the beauty of nature.
