Day 1: Arrival Day in Islamabad
- Arrive at Islamabad International Airport, where our representative will meet and greet you.
- After the meet-and-greet, you will be transferred to your hotel for a rest and to recover from the journey.
- We will meet again in the evening over dinner to give you a detailed briefing about the Classic Pakistan Tour.

Day 2: Flight to Chitral 1 Hour
- Rise early to take a spectacular mountain-view flight to Chitral (should the flight be cancelled, the journey will be taken by car).
- Arrive in the sleepy mountain town of Chitral and explore the local bazaar and historical Mosque.
- After lunch and watching a polo game, you will travel to Ayun and check into a wonderful guest house.
- Night stay in Ayun.

Day 3: Ayun
- I spent a full day in Ayun exploring the local village, meeting the people, and learning about their fascinating culture and ancient traditions.
- You may want to take one of many wonderful walks around the village.

Day 4: Ayun to Kalash (15 Km) 1 Hour
- Today, you will drive to the Runmbor and Balanguru villages of Kalash Valley.
- You will spend two days in these historical villages to meet the Kalasha people and explore their ancient culture and traditions. Meeting the Kalasha people and exploring the beautiful Kalash Valley will certainly be one of the magnificent highlights of this Classic Pakistan Tour.

Day 5: Explore Kalash
- After a full day in this beautiful valley, you have the option to take a wonderful walk up towards the Afghan frontier to visit the Nuristani community. They live in Shakanande, the last village of Kalash Valley.
- Late lunch and the rest of the afternoon are leisurely, relaxing in the village, chatting with the Kalasha people or taking more short walks.

Day 6: Kalash to Chitral (25 Km) 1 Hour
- After two full days in Kalash Valley, today you will return from the mountain hideaway to Ayun and Chitral.
- Check into a gorgeous accommodation and have lunch.
- Spend the rest of the afternoon leisurely visiting the local fort.
- Watch a game of Polo or visit Chitral Gul to see wild goats—Markhor.

Day 7: Chitral to Mastuj (120 Km) 4 hours
- Your next destination will be Mastuj, a dramatic and beautiful drive on the windy roads of Mastuj valley to Mastuj village.
- You will pass Tirich Mir, Boni Zong and Yarkund Valley near Afghanistan’s Wakhan corridor.
- A short walk in the afternoon.
- Spend the night in Mastuj.

Day 8: Mastuj to Gilgit (275 Km) 7 Hours
- After breakfast, travel to the spectacular Shandur Pass (3,800m), famous for its three-day summer polo tournament/festival. Thousands of spectators from the Chitral and Gilgit camps are here to enjoy the Festival.
- If you are travelling during the festival, we can arrange a night stay here to watch a polo match followed by a bonfire, local music, and singing and dancing by local people.
- We will stop at the Shandur Pass for a tea break and a short walk, then continue towards Gilgit city.
- If time allows, then you might want to stop and see the famous clifftop carving of Lord Buddha.
- Night stay in Gilgit.

Day 9: Gilgit to Hunza (103 Km) 2-3 Hours
- Gilgit is the administrative Capital of the Gilgit Baltistan Region.
- After breakfast, we will visit the Christian cemetery.
- Join the Karakoram Highway for a magnificent drive with a spectacular view of Rakaposhi (7,788m) to Karimabad in the Hunza Valley. Hunza Valley’s natural splendour and position on the Central Asian Silk Route have attracted travellers, merchants, and mountaineers for centuries. Beyond its iconic glaciers, fertile apricot farms, and turquoise lakes, the region is also rich in cultural heritage.

Day 10: Explore Hunza
- Full day in Hunza, also known as heaven on earth.
- Today, you will visit the magnificent Altit Fort, the UNESCO UNESCO-listed 700-year-old Baltit fort.
- Witness a fantastic sunset view over the Rakaposhi mountain.

Day 11: Hunza to Gilgit (103 Km) 2-3 Hours
- Rise and shine early for a spectacular sunrise view over the mighty Rakaposhi Peak.
- After breakfast, walk to the town centre, stroll around the shops, and talk to the local Hunza people.
- Full day at leisure and leave to Gilgit in the late afternoon.
- Night stay in Gilgit.

Day 12: Gilgit to Skardu (201 Km) 5 Hours
- Today, we will rejoin the Karakoram Highway for a while and then turn left to follow the famous Indus River to reach Skardu. The Indus is one of Asia’s longest and Pakistan’s important rivers.
- Along the River, there are many spectacular villages with fields of apricots and apple trees. Skardu lies on the banks of the Indus, which separates the mighty Karakoram range from the Himalayas.

Day 13: Explore Skardu
- Skardu is the capital of the ancient Himalayan kingdom of Baltistan. Because of its cultural and traditional similarities to Tibet, it is also known as Little Tibet.
- Explore the long Skardu Bazar, neighbouring Shigar Valley, Kharpocho Fort and the 8th-century Buddha Rock of Skardu.

Day 14: Skardu to Islamabad Flight, 45 Min
- After spending two nights in Skardu, we will take a spectacular mountain-view flight back to Islamabad ( should the flight be cancelled, the journey will be taken by Jeep/land cruise to Astore via Deosai and then to Islamabad).
- We will arrive in the capital around lunchtime; the rest of the afternoon is leisurely.

Day 15: Explore Islamabad
- Today will be a full day to explore the world’s most beautiful and green capital city, Pakistan.
- Explore Faisal Mosque and Parliament Square and have your last dinner of the Pakistan Tour in Islamabad’s magnificent food market.
- Be sure to treat your taste buds to a local Pakistani curry, a taste sensation to remember.

- After breakfast, we will transfer you to Islamabad Airport for your home flight.
