Get ready for a refreshing yoga and meditation getaway in the beautiful scenery of Nepal, kicking off in Kathmandu. Head to Syapru Besi to take in the picturesque views, then trek to the peaceful Lama Hotel. Journey through lush forests to Langtang Village and Kyanjin Gonpa, where you'll be treated to stunning mountain views. Enjoy a relaxing acclimatization day with yoga on top of Kyanjin Ri and take some time to explore the captivating surroundings.
Itinerary

Day 1- Kathmandu Arrival and Transfer to Hotel
- Meet the Nepal tour guide outside the Tribhuvan International Airport.
- Later, check in to the hotel and start the first yoga and meditation session.

Day 2: Kathmandu to Syapru Besi
- On the first day, take a local bus to Syapru Besi (1550m), which takes a 7-8 hours drive from Kathmandu.
- Enjoy the scenic drive through the Trishuli Valley.
- Upon arrival, end the day with a 2-hour yoga and meditation session.

Day 3: Trek to Lama hotel
- The trek will begin with a quick 1-hour retreat yoga and meditation session.
- Continue the short hike to Lama Hotel with the tour guide.
- After reaching the Lama Hotel, end the day with an hour of yoga and meditation.

Day 4: Trek to Langtang Village
- Begin the day with a yoga and meditation session.
- Walk through the rhododendron and pine forest trail until you reach Ghoda Tabela. This area is densely filled with wild habitats and many small babblers and lots of medicinal plants.
- After lunch, walk for a few more hours on the scenic trail to Langtang village (3455m), where you will rest overnight.
- After reaching the Langtang village, end the day with an hour of yoga and meditation.

Day 5: Trek to Kyanjin Gonpa
- After 1 hour of retreat yoga and meditation, trek towards Kyanjin Gomba (3817m), the main monastery of the region.
- From here, you can see the beautiful views of Mt. Ganchempo and Mt. Langtang Lirung(7227m).
- Upon arrival, rest for a while before the yoga session in the evening.

Day 6: Rest Day
- Before descending, a proper rest day is provided on this day.
- On this day, the yoga session will be on the top of Kyanjin Ri for 3 hours with a great view from the top.
- Other than resting and acclimatization, hike around Tserko Ri (5150m) or Kyanjin Ri (4773m).
- Take a walk around Kyanjin Gompa, enjoying the views of glaciers, icefalls, birds and yaks.

Day 7: Trek Back to Lama Hotel
- Before you start the journey down, participate in an hour of retreat yoga and meditation session.
- Head back and follow the same trail that goes downhill through the forest following the river.
- Pass by the ethnic Tamang settlements and walk for around 6 hours to reach the Lama Hotel.
- Upon arrival, practice one hour of yoga and meditation.

Day 8: Trek To Syapru Besi
- Before you hike down, enjoy the second last session of the yoga retreat and meditation for 1 hour.
- Hike for around 5 hours. The trail follows downhill through the lush green vegetation.
- After reaching Syapru Besi, participate in the last yoga and meditation session.

Day 9: Drive back to Kathmandu
- Take a local bus back to Kathmandu.
- Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 10: Departure
- Transfer to the airport.
