Itinerary

1. Day 1: Kilimanjaro Airport – Arusha (1-hour transfer)

   • Upon your arrival at the airport, our guide will be waiting for you, and after a brief introduction, you will be transferred to Arusha. If you have time and energy, our guide can give you a short town tour to enjoy the city's beauty and people.
   • Arusha is a gateway to safari destinations found in the Northeast. It is located in the northern highlands of Tanzania, beneath the twin peaks of Mount Meru and Mount Kilimanjaro, the city of approximately 400,000 people, most dominated by two big tribes Maasai and Meru people.

2. Day 2: Arusha - Tarangire National Park (2 hours transfer)

   • After breakfast, gather your lunch boxes and set off for Tarangire National Park for a game drive.
   • Continue exploring the park until you return to the hotel to unwind and prepare for the next day's game drive.

   Tarangire National Park gets its name from the Tarangire River, the sole water source for wildlife during the dry season. The park is renowned for its abundant population of elephants, striking baobab trees, and African pythons that climb trees.

3. Day 3: Tarangire NP - Manyara National Park (1-hours transfer)

   • Have breakfast and then proceed to Lake Manyara National Park. This day promises an excellent view of Lake Manyara, close encounters with elephants in the woodlands, and a visit to the renowned Manyara hippo pool, where many hippos gracefully inhabit the water from morning to evening. The park provides a magnificent perspective of the 400-meter-deep Great Rift Valley. This geological marvel emerged 22 to 25 million years ago when movement in a vulnerable area of the Earth's crust led to a rift spanning thousands of kilometres across East Africa. The valley's enormity is so extraordinary that it is visible from outer space, boasting unique landscapes attracting diverse animals.
   • Apart from the captivating Lake Manyara, the park features dense rainforests with numerous groups of monkeys and a rich variety of bird species.
   • As you explore this captivating ecosystem, prepare to be immersed in nature's wonders.

4. Day 4: Manyara - Serengeti National Park (3-hours transfer)

   • Wake up to the captivating sounds of Africa, marking the beginning of an exciting day.
   • Set off early in the morning for a thrilling afternoon of observing wildlife in the famous Serengeti. "Serengeti" comes from the Maasai language and means "endless plains." These expansive grasslands are home to many predators, such as over four thousand lions, 225 cheetahs, a thousand leopards, 3500 hyenas, and hundreds of wild dogs. Numerous other magnificent animals inhabit these plains, and your knowledgeable guide will be excited to search for them with you.
   • Get ready for an exhilarating game drive through the vast Serengeti National Park, and enjoy a delightful picnic lunch.

5. Day 5: Full Day game viewing in Serengeti National Park

   • After breakfast, gather your lunch boxes and embark on an exciting game drive safari in the Serengeti. Accompanied by your knowledgeable safari guide, you will venture into the expansive and picturesque plains of the Serengeti National Park.
   • Keep your eyes peeled as you search for the impressive predators and the peaceful herbivores they rely on for their meals. Witnessing the captivating wildlife in their natural habitat is a remarkable opportunity.

6. Day 6: Serengeti NP - Ngorongoro Crater (2.5-hours transfer)

   • Start your day with a delicious breakfast, and get ready to explore one of Africa's incredible wonders, the Ngorongoro Crater. This amazing place was formed by a huge volcano eruption long ago. It is a special spot with rich volcanic soil that creates a unique ecosystem.
   • You WIll find a wide variety of animals here, more than anywhere else in Africa. Lions, buffalos, zebras, wildebeests, and many other fascinating species call this place home. One particular animal that makes the Ngorongoro Crater special is the rare black rhino. This sanctuary provides a haven for these endangered creatures. Seeing them in their natural habitat is a remarkable experience highlighting the importance of protecting our planet's biodiversity.

7. Day 7: Karatu – Arusha/Kilimanjaro Airport (3 hours transfer)

   • Following a delightful breakfast, your safari guide will pick you up and transfer you to Kilimanjaro Airport or Arusha Airport, depending on your plans.
