We created the original Oxford Harry Potter Insights tours- which have been much-copied thanks to our successful structuring of a tour which entertains the most enthusiastic fans of Harry Potter but also introduces Oxford student life at the university, and compares how traditions at Oxford, compares with Hogwarts.
We go into lots of detail about the inspirations of JK Rowling and the making of the films, and we carry gowns for memorable photos. Plus, you will get to test your knowledge of all things Hogwarts against the guide. We are passionate about Oxford, and we share stories and facts about Oxford's other famous writers, such as Tolkien, Lewis Pullman and Lewis Carrol.
This tour lasts an hour and is a guided tour plus an additional one-hour self-guided entry into Christ Church. We guarantee you entry tickets for Christ church, which is quite a trouble to otherwise purchase entry tickets to.
Please book ahead, as entry tickets to Christ church are very limited in summer and on weekends year-round.
