Dendera temple goddess Hathor and Cleopatra
- Our Ra tour guide will pick you up from your hotel, Nile cruise or your place in Luxor to drive toward the beautiful temple of goddess Hathor at Dendera; the temple is one of the best-preserved monuments in Egypt (the sixth ancient upper Egyptian town ), two days after cleaning the first hypostyle hall, it became one of the best all over Egyptian temples, the fascinated astronomical scenes decorated the ceiling. The temple was built for the goddess Hathor, the goddess of Music and love, to witness the well-preserved colorful scenes depicted on the walls and ceilings, including the sky goddess Nut. The roof of the Dendera temple is a treasure that must be visited; the stairs on the right spiral upward, the same steps used by ancient Egyptian priests in the new year festivals , and the ceiling of one of these sanctuaries was decorated with beautifully carved oval zodiac. At the back of the temple, the wall has an essential scene of Queen Cleopatra and her son Seserons.

Abydos temples and the Osirion
- Then, you will be driven to the city called Abdju in the ancient Egyptian language. Today, Abydos is notable for the memorial temple of Seti I, which contains an inscription from the nineteenth dynasty known to the modern world as the Abydos King List. It is a chronological list showing cartouches of most dynastic pharaohs of Egypt from Menes until Ramesses I, Seti’s father. This surviving building, best known as the Great Temple of Abydos, is nearly complete and impressive. Seven chapels were also built for the worship of the pharaoh and principal deities. At the back of the temple is an enigmatic structure known as The Osirion, which is thought to be connected to the worship of Osiris.
