Day 1: Arrive at Palermo Airport and Transfer to Cefalù
- Arrive at Palermo airport and transfer to the resort hotel in Cefalù.
- Check-in at your hotel, relax and enjoy the beautiful hotel pool or venture down to the beach.
- Enjoy the tour with traditional appetizers and a taste of wine, followed by dinner in the hotel restaurant.

Day 2: Tour to Palermo
- Enjoy a tour to Palermo, visit the Monreale Cathedral.
- In the afternoon, return to Cefalù, have dinner and enjoy leisure time.

Day 3: Visit Erice, Trapani and Marsala
- After breakfast, travel by a luxury coach along the magnificent northern coastline of the Tyrrhenian Sea to Trapani.
- On the way, stop in the mountaintop town of Erice with its breathtaking views.
- In the afternoon arrive in Trapani, known for its salt flats and the beautiful Cathedral of San Lorenzo.
- Later, arrive in Marsala to the Donna Franca.
- At night, take a tour of the winery and taste the region's most famous wines during dinner at the hotel's restaurant.

Day 4: Segesta and Marsala
- Visit Segesta, one of the most well-preserved Greek Sicilian temples.

- Enjoy a cooking class, followed by dinner featuring some of your self-cooked food.

- Travel from Marsala to Agrigento, located on the southern coast of Sicily on the Mediterranean Sea.
- Admire a tour to the Valley of the Temples, a UNESCO World Heritage.
- Return at the hotel and enjoy a delicious dinner with wine.

Day 6: Explore Caltagirone and Taormina
- Head to the eastern shore of Sicily and the picturesque seaside town of Taormina.
- Along the way, stop at Caltagirone and visit the private home of the noble family, Pace Gravina and savor a delicious buffet lunch in the ball room.
- Spend the night at the luxury seaside resort hotel, on the beach in Taormina.

Day 7: Tour to Taormina
- After breakfast, take the funicular to the village of Taormina.

Day 8: Get Insight into Mt. Etna and Zafferana
- Enjoy a good breakfast on this morning followed by the visit to Mt. Etna, the tallest active volcano in Europe.
- Next, stop in the town of Zafferana and visit a local rosticceria to learn how to make the famous arancini rice balls.

- Return to the breathtaking seaside hotel in Taormina.

Day 9: Enjoy a Free Day or an Optional Excursion to Siracusa
- Enjoy a free time to lay on the beach or by the pool or explore and shop at Taromina on your own.
- Savor the dinner prepared by a famous Sicilian chef, Crisitian Foti and enjoy a festive party dinner.
- Get insight into an optional trip to Syracusa.

Day 10: Transfer to Sorrento
- After breakfast, depart from Sicily and transfer to Sorrento.
- Take a ferry boat cruise across Straits of Messina to the mainland of Italy.
- Stop in the region of Calabria, in Southern Italy, for a relaxing lunch stop.
- Later in the afternoon, arrive in the hotel in Sorrento, overlooking the Gulf of Naples.

Day 11: Island of Capri and Return to Sorrento
- Transfer to the famous and beautiful island of Capri by boat.
