Itinerary

1. Day 1 : Mombasa to Tsavo West

   • 0500hrs: Get picked up from the hotel and depart for a journey inland via the Mombasa/Nairobi highway.

   • Do a brief stopover for refreshments and call of nature is allowed in Voi town.

   • Proceed to the Tsavo West National Park in the early morning with your Kenyan driver/guide. 

   • Commence your game viewing in search of lion, leopard, cheetah, buffalo, elephant, giraffe, a variety of antelopes, zebras, etc. 

   • Eat lunch in Ngulia Safari lodge.

   • Go for an afternoon game spotting, where you’ll also visit the Rhino Sanctuary. Common spots here include lion, cheetah, leopard, giraffe, elephant, waterbuck, topi, eland, gazelle etc. and hundreds of species of bird.

   Dinner and overnight stay in the lodge.

2. Day 2 : Tsavo West / Amboseli

   • Rise for an early morning game drive in the park.

   • After breakfast, depart for Amboseli national park, via Mzima Springs to view hippo, crocodile and tilapia through an underground observatory.

   • Continue to Amboseli, right on the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa.

   • Check-in at Kibo Safari Camp for lunch.

   • Do afternoon game tracking in this magnificent park, looking out for hippo, elephant, wildebeest, lion, zebra, gazelle, kudu, hartebeest and the numerous species of birds.

   Dinner and overnight stay in the camp.

3. Day 3 : Amboseli to Tsavo East

   • Rise for an early morning game drive in the park. This is also the ideal time to view the eternal snows of Mt. Kilimanjaro.

   • Back to the lodge for breakfast and proceed to Tsavo East National Park in search of fauna and flora. The scenery is in contrast with Tsavo West. Herds of elephants, buffalo, and antelope together with packs of predators may be sighted.

   • Arrive at Voi Wildlife Lodge in time for lunch.

   • Out for game spotting in this vast park.

   • Visit the Aruba Dam and Kanderi Swamps for aquatic birds.

   Dinner and overnight stay in the lodge.

4. Day 4 : Tsavo East to Mombasa

   • Enjoy tea or coffee and out for game viewing.

   • Back to the lodge for breakfast after which exit the park with game viewing to Mombasa, with lunch en route.

   • Arrive at the beach hotel in the late afternoon.
