Day 1: Valley of a Thousand Hills
- Guests are collected in Durban, before takung a 1.5 hour walking tour of Durban's Warwick Triangle. The traditional medicine and herb market is Southern Africa's largest. A light lunch, feasting in the delights of the Indian population, who are the largest Indian settlement of any city outside of India.
- The afternoon will feature a tour of the Valley of a Thousand Hills, visiting a Zulu beaded art project before settling into Cybele Lodge for the evening.

Day 2: Lions River
- Depart early after breakfast to the Lions River region to visit the world-famous Mandela capture point.
- Have a light lunch enroute before we traverse Africa's most unpaved pass, the Sani Pass. Guests will enjoy an afternoon's drink in Lesotho before ascending into the valley for accommodation in the Southern Berg region.

Day 3: Bushman Rock Art
- Early morning departure, and off to see the Bushman Rock Art paintings. This specialist guide tour has a 3-hour duration and is not accessible to the public.
- Late breakfast will be enjoyed in Underberg before guests enjoy a guided drive through Zululand, stopping at several points of interest. Accommodation will be in the Zulu Battlefields.

Day 4: Eswatini
- An early start to a spine-chilling morning as your specialist Battlefield guide enthrals guests with a narration of the Battle of Rorkes Drift before we transfer to the daunting site of one of the most famous battles, Isandlwana. The guide will leave the guests in absolute awe, as the rendition of the historical battles is mesmerising.
The destination is Eswatini (Swaziland).

Day 5: Eswati Crafts
- Visit the famed Swazi candles or Ngwenya glass factories to enjoy true Eswati crafts. Lunch in Eswatini before arriving in the greater Kruger National Park for the next two nights.

Day 6: Safari & Visit to a Funky Cafe
- Two safaris/game drives, one early morning and one late afternoon, with lunch in a funky cafe. Guests will be encouraged to rest and relax between safaris.
Overnight in the same property as Day 5.

Day 7: Mozambique
- After breakfast, guests will depart for Mozambique. The trip will take three hours and include a border crossing. A specialist Maputo walking guide will then meet guests. Eifell-designed buildings, the magnificent Maputo railway station and the bustling central market are a few of the highlights of this fantastic tour.
- In the late afternoon, check into a trendy Maputo guesthouse before dinner in a typical Mozambique restaurant.

Day 8: Tranfer to Maputu Airport
- After a sumptuous breakfast, guests will be transferred to the Maputo airport for onward connection. The tour now sadly terminates, as we wish guests a safe onward journey.
