Meeting Point
- We will be meeting all guests at this location at 9:30 am.
- Your guide will provide an overview of the walking tour program and answer any questions you may have before departure. Clean washroom facilities are available at this location before the tour begins.
- Additionally, a foreign exchange service is available here. Please note that you will need local currency for any small purchases you wish to make during the tour.

Farmers Market
- We will walk towards the Farmers Market and explore everything you need to know about Nadi town, including the culture and the wonderful locals. The market is just a 10-minute walk away.
- At the vibrant farmers market, you can see local farm and spice produce, learn about various root crops and vegetables and discover traditional farming and local cooking techniques that have been passed down from generation.
- You can also learn about the native traditional Kava drink and its significance in the Fijian culture. You will get to wear around your neck the traditional local 'Tabua', a sperm whale's tooth, and learn about its significance in the Fijian culture as well.
- The tour also includes a local fruit-tasting experience, where you can try delicious homemade desserts called 'Vakalolo.' This is a must-do part of the tour.

Nadi Handicraft Center
- We will be making our way to the Handicraft Center from the Farmers Market, which is just a 10-minute walk away from here.
- Exploring the local handicraft market will provide you with a deeper understanding of Fijian cultural craftsmanship from diverse village communities. You will discover authentic wood carvings, mat weavings, artwork paintings, locally designed clothing, and handmade coconut jewellery.
- Your guide will introduce you to the traditional cloth-making process called 'Masi,' which is crafted from the bark of the paper mulberry tree (Broussonetia papyrifera), also known as Tapa cloth in Fiji. Masi is exclusively made by women, and it holds cultural significance.
- Your guide will also explain how our national airline got its traditional logo design as well as what it represents and means to us Fijians. During this enriching experience, you will connect with local artisans, hear their stories and learn about the preparation and sale of each item. You will uncover essential artifacts reflecting Fijian culture.

Sri Subramaniya South Indian Temple
- Visit the largest Hindu Indian temple in the southern hemisphere, which showcases a unique architectural style rarely seen outside India. Inside the temple, you will find sacred statues crafted by skilled artisans imported from India.
- The tour also provides information about the initial indentured labor system that brought the first Indian workers to Fiji for cotton and sugarcane farms. You can also indulge in Indian sweet delicacies served with masala tea and engage in conversations with local priests about the functions of each sub-temple.
- As you chat with local priests and chefs, you will gain insights into Hindu culture and traditions and witness the creation of delectable dishes. Don't miss this unique opportunity. Washroom facilities are available on the premises.

Jacks Fiji/ The Corner Restaurant
- We will conclude our tour at Jack's Fiji or the Corner Restaurant, a charming and comfortable spot ideal for unwinding.
- You can find a range of small, travel-friendly treasures, including locally made 'Fijian Chocolates' and other savoury treats.
- The Corner Restaurant serves a variety of local Fijian favourite dishes and refreshing drinks. It is the perfect place to enjoy a local beer before heading back to your hotel. It's only a 15-minute walk from the Temple to this location.
- Your tour guide will be available to answer any questions you may have, as well as provide recommendations for other experiences.
- The tour ends at this spot at 12:30 pm.
