Description
You will drive through the beautiful Ugandan countryside to the ancient rainforests of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. On the way to the mountainous south-western region of Uganda, you will drive through terraced hillsides dotted with traditional settlements. You will arrive at your accommodation in time for lunch.
Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe, Flight to Kihihi and Drive to Bwindi Impenetrable Forests
- You will arrive at Entebbe airport with Air Kenya at 11:30hr.
- You shall be met and assisted in clearing with emigrations and connecting with your flight to Kihihi airstrip.
- The flight departs Entebbe at 12:00 and arrives in Kihihi at 14:30. In Kihihi, you will be received by our safari guide, who will drive you to Bwindi, an impenetrable national park.
- You will drive through the beautiful Ugandan countryside to the ancient rainforests of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. On the way to the mountainous southwestern region of Uganda, you will drive through terraced hillsides dotted with traditional settlements.
- You will arrive at your accommodation in time for lunch.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi
- Begin your gorilla trek in the early morning. Set off into the forests with guides and trackers experienced in locating the gorillas by finding the nest the family had used the previous night. The search for these majestic animals goes through the thick, untamed rainforest, where you’ll scramble over mossy rocks and deep undergrowth. It can sometimes be arduous, but the encounter is worth the effort. Watching gorillas in their natural habitat is a memory that will last a lifetime. The experienced ranger guides will willingly share a lot of information about the history and lifestyle of the Gorillas.
- After spending an hour with the gorillas we head back to the lodge and relax.

Day 3: Drive to Kihihi, Flight to Entebbe and Departure
- After breakfast, you will be driven to Kihihi airstrip for your flight back to Entebbe Airport.
- The flight leaves Kihihi at 09:30hr and arrives in Entebbe at 11:25hr.
- You shall check in at the airport and await your departure flight to the next destination.
