Itinerary

1. Day 1: Tarangire National Park

   • The day starts with your morning breakfast from the Arusha Hotel. Then, your safari driver will pick you up from your hotel with your packed lunch boxes, give you the last minutes of shopping in Arusha town, and start your drive to Tarangire National Park. In the Tarangire National Park, you will be doing a game viewing safari in an open roof safari, and you will see a big herd of giant elephants and big baobab trees; however, you will spot other animals like giraffes, lions, warthogs, antelopes and birds. Moreover, as it is a full-day game drive, you will have a picnic lunch in the park and finalize with your afternoon game drive and then exit the park, heading to Mto wa Mtu to your overnight accommodation for your dinner and overnight stay.

2. Day 2: Serengeti National Park

   • On this day of your safari, the day will begin early in the morning with your breakfast from your hotel in Mto wa Mbu and start the morning drive to the Serengeti National Park. A drive will pass you through the Ngorongoro conservation area, on its rim, where you will spot some animals and the Masai as they live in Ngorongoro, too. You will then drive up to the Naabi hill gate, where you can take your lunch and walk up to the hill, where you can see the true meaning of the Serengeti, which is an endless plain. After lunch, you will do an afternoon to evening game drive, heading to your lodging place according to your itinerary.

3. Day 3: Serengeti National Park & Ngorongoro Crater

   • The day will be a game drive in the Serengeti National Park and then a drive to Ngorongoro. Your day will then start with a morning game drive and then your breakfast. Continue with the game up, heading to Naabi Hill for your picnic lunch before your drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. During your drive, you will have to see the flying balloons early in the morning and a good number of wild animals such as Lions, Elephants, Giraffe, Wildebeest, Zebra, Leopard, Cheetah, warthogs, Hyena with several bird species, both migratory and non-migratory species. In Ngorongoro, you will stay overnight at the accommodation outside the crater.

4. Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater

   • This is your last safari day, and you will do the crater ascending and descending with a fabulous game viewing in the crater and your picnic lunch in it. The day will start with your breakfast from the accommodation and take a drive up to the crater and start descending down the crater of 600M to its floor. In the crater, there is no hustle to see the animals as most of the animals remain within the crater where you can find the big five with no struggle. The caldera is also home to zebra, hyenas, wildebeest, hippos, and water birds. Your picnic lunch will be in the crater, and then you will take a drive after your ascent to Arusha/Moshi town for your next plans.
