Hanoi has been renowned for its unique features of nature and consists of Hanoi’s cuisine. Actually, Hanoi’s cuisine is a special culture that attracts a lot of travellers once they come to Hanoi. Recently, Hanoi was honoured to receive the Asian Cuisines Award for three unique dishes of Pho, Bun Thang (made from vermicelli with chicken soup) and Bun Cha (rice noodles with grilled pork), which has satisfied any tastes of visitors coming to the capital.

In Morning tour
At 11:00, the tour guide will pick you up at your hotel and start a walking tour on Hanoi street food.
Depending on your location, the start/end of the tour can be different. However, you will have a chance to taste some of the most famous dishes of Hanoi people, described as “Hanoi style fast foods.” Your local guide will give you an insight into the intricacies and traditions of Vietnamese food culture, including details on ingredients and historical backgrounds of popular northern dishes. Many delicious dishes are waiting for you to taste in the Old Quarters. Here are some examples:
- Hanoi stuffed Bread
- Pancake
- Pudding with beans and sticky rice
- Grilled barbecue pork and noodle
- Noodle soup (Craft/ Chicken/ Beef)
- Mixed tropical fruits
- Mixed Green Papaya Salad and
- Dried Beef
- Egg Cafe
- Hanoi Beer on Tap or Fresh Beer.
