Itinerary

Nevado Pastoruri and Puyas Raimondi Forest
- We will start the excursion at 9:00 a.m. and travel south of the Callejón de Huaylas.
- We will pass through small towns like Recuay, Ticapampa, and Catac.
- Continuing, we will arrive in the town of Pachacoto, where we will take the detour to the Cordillera Blanca by the Carpa sector
- Our first place of visit will be the natural gasified source.
- We will pass by Pumapashimi Lake of 7 colours and then take to the incredible forest of Puyas Raymondi (a plant representative of the Peruvian Andes).
- Continuing, we will arrive at the station, where we will begin the hike to reach the snowy Pastoruri (5000 m.a.s.l.). We will have time to walk a part of the area.
- We will return to the city of Huaraz.
