Mombasa Tour
- You will be picked up at 08.00 am for Mombasa Island. Pass through the Mombasa-Malindi highway, where you will spend about 2 hrs cross-over.
- This early tour will include visiting the Akamba handcraft industry, where you will see the craft behind our tourism.
- 11:00 hrs - Visit the Hindu temple and learn in detail about the Hindu culture, their beliefs and their community. You will get to practice, associate, interact with this community, and experience how it feels.
- 12:30 to 14:00 hrs - Have an excellent buffet lunch in Mombasa town, with local foods and seafood.
- Experience the authentic Swahili culture.
- 14:00 to 15:00 hrs - Journey through the Old Town's narrow alleys and view the carved doors and overhanging balconies. Also, visit the old Dhow harbour, where Arab dhows can be seen as they come in, and visit the spice market.
- 15:00 hrs - Conclude the tour by visiting the famous Fort Jesus, built by the Portuguese in 1593 when Vasco Da Gama visited Kenya during the colonization. You will get to see how they build the structure and the position of the arsenals to fight enemies coming to the Island.
