Description
These are the two unique and amazing parties in one Halloween tour in Transylvania! What better way to celebrate Halloween than the homeland of Vlad Dracula? Discover Dracula’s castle, old medieval towns and fortresses. Spend your Halloween in Transylvania; it is a unique experience, and you will have a lot of fun. We will have a great private party at the famous Bran Castle, also known as Dracula’s castle. The second event is a Special Halloween Dinner served in the old medieval town of Sighisoara – the birthplace of Vlad Dracula.

Day 1: Tuesday, October 29th - Bucharest Highlights & Transylvanian Journey
- In the morning, between 8.00 and 9.00 AM, a pick-up from hotels in central Bucharest will be organised.
- A panoramic tour of Bucharest will follow, featuring highlights such as Parliament Palace, Revolution Square, Athenaeum, Royal Palace, Triumph Arch, and Victoriei Avenue.
- Travel will then proceed to Transylvania, crossing the scenic Carpathians mountains via the picturesque Prahova Valley.
- The first stop will be Snagov Monastery, situated on a lake known for its historical significance related to Vlad Dracula.
- Continuing across the Carpathians Mountains through the beautiful Prahova River Valley, a stop will be made for individuals to purchase a quick lunch (sandwiches, pastry, etc) at their own expense.
- In Transylvania, the tour will include visiting the UNESCO Heritage-listed Prejmer Fortified Church, built in the 13th century and representing a religious and defensive system used as a refuge in the Middle Ages.
- The day will conclude in Brasov around 4.00 PM, with check-in and overnight stay at Bella Muzica Hotel***, a boutique hotel in the heart of Brasov’s Historic Center.
- Note: For more than 15 rooms or twin rooms, a similar hotel, such as Safrano Palace, located near Bella Muzica, will also be used.

Day 2: Wednesday, October 30th - Private Halloween Party at Bran Castle
- Breakfast will be served between 07:00 and 10:00.
- At 10:00, participants will meet with their tour guide to commence a walking tour of Brasov’s Historic Town.
- The walking tour highlights include Council Square, Black Church, Ecaterina’s Gate, Weaver’s Bastion, White and Black Towers, and St. Nicholas Church.
- During the tour, an interesting historical note is shared, revealing that Vlad Dracula spent a few years in Brasov, engaging in trades and having a love affair with the beautiful Katharina.
- The walking tour concludes around 13:00, providing leisure time for lunch and preparation for the Halloween party.
- At 17:00, the group will depart for Bran Castle, where a private Halloween Party (approximately 80- 90 people) is scheduled exclusively for the group members.
- The entire castle is reserved for the group until 23:00, starting with a nighttime guided tour by Vlad himself, granting access to rooms not typically included in standard tours.
- During the event, a Halloween dinner featuring a 3-course meal accompanied by Bran Castle wine and plum brandy will be served.
- The Halloween party in the castle’s living room will include music and dance, and participants are encouraged to wear Halloween costumes.
- Around midnight, the group will return to the hotel for an overnight stay at the same accommodation.

Day 3: Thursday, October 31st - Sighisoara Exploration & Halloween Special Dinner
- Breakfast will be served between 07:00 and 10:00.
- At 10:30, departure is scheduled for Sighisoara, Vlad Dracula's birthplace.
- En route, we will stop to visit Rupea Fortress, which dates back to the 14th century and represents another example of the Transylvanian defensive system.
- Around 13:30, arrival is anticipated in Sighisoara, renowned for being one of the best-preserved medieval towns in Transylvania.
- A walking tour of Sighisoara’s historic center is planned, highlighting landmarks such as The Clock Tower, the Church on the Hill, the Scholar’s Stairs, The Monastery Church, the towers of the Citadel (originally fourteen), The Shoemakers Town, the Tailor’s Tower, the Tinsmiths Tower.
- Participants will have leisure time between 15:00 and 18:00 for lunch and souvenir shopping.
- At 18:00, a visit to a small family cellar is scheduled for tasting local plum/pear brandy and fruit liqueurs, prepared according to an old traditional family recipe.
- At 19:00, a second Halloween Special Dinner will be served in an old restaurant in Dracula’s birthplace.
- Overnight accommodation is arranged in Sighisoara at a 3-star hotel in the historic town.

Day 4: Friday, November 1st - Corvin's Castle & Sibiu Old District Tour
- Breakfast will be served between 07:00 and 9:00.
- At 9:30, departure from the hotel is scheduled for Hunedoara to visit Corvin's Castle, the largest medieval castle in Romania, constructed in the 15th century.
- The day will conclude in Sibiu, one of the oldest and largest medieval towns in Transylvania and the region's former capital.
- A walking tour of Sibiu’s Old District is planned, highlighting landmarks such as the Big Square, the Small Square, the Staircase Tower, the Lier’s Bridge, Evangelical, Catholic, and Orthodox Cathedrals, as well as the medieval wall and fortifications.
- Overnight accommodation is arranged at a 4-star hotel in Sibiu.

Day 5: Saturday, November 2nd - Return Journey to Bucharest
- Breakfast will be served between 07:00-9:00. Check-out must be completed by 9:00.
- At 9:00 AM, departure by bus is scheduled for Bucharest, traveling through the mountains via the scenic Olt River Valley.
- A stop will be made on the route to visit Cozia Monastery, constructed in the 14th century.
- Arrival in Bucharest is expected around 3:00 PM, with drop-off at centrally located hotels.
