Half-Day City Tour of Cusco
- We begin with the pick-up from your accommodation in the historic center of the city of Cusco.
- You will then head to the Qorikancha (Temple of the Sun), where you will have a guided tour to see the notable Inca architecture and appreciated works of colonial art. (45 minutes).
- Transfer for 10 minutes to the archaeological complex of Sacsayhuaman, an ancient site with historical importance.
- You will visit the archaeological complex of Qenqo, a ritual center on a rock outcrop known for its mysticism.
- After a 15-minute drive, explore PucaPucara, a red fortress with military significance.
- Conclude the tour in Tambomachay, known as the Baños del Inca, which features water cult structures.
- Return to Cusco by vehicle. The tour concludes near the main square of Cusco.
