The itinerary

Day 01

Arrival and Transfer to Drakensberg Park

The group will arrive at King Shaka International Airport and depart from the airport for lunch.
After lunch, depart for Drakensberg Park, check in at the park, view the vicinity, enjoy supper at a restaurant, and relax for the evening.

Day 02

Guided Walk, Canopy Tour, and Heritage Route

Wake up and depart for an early morning guided walk. Return to the lodge for showers and breakfast.
Then depart for a canopy tour, Didima Gorge, abseiling, lunch, and the heritage route. Return to the lodge for dinner, relaxation, and an overnight stay.

Day 03

Sani Valley, Bushman Rock Art, and Isandlwana

Wake up, shower, and have breakfast.
Depart for Sani Valley and the Bushman Rock Art Centre.
Continue the journey to Isandlwana, known for the first battle of the Anglo-Zulu War in 1879. Along the way, take beautiful photos.
Enjoy lunch during the journey. Check in at Isandlwana and then embark on a tour of Isandlwana, exploring the historical site.
Return to the lodge, have showers, enjoy supper, relax at the restaurant, and stay overnight.

Day 04

Rorke's Drift, Dundee, and Zulu Cultural Trails

Wake up, freshen up, and have breakfast.
Depart for a tour of Rorke's Drift and Dundee, visiting Blood River and the Talana Museum.
Break for lunch. Then depart for a Zulu village tour and the Fugitive's Trail, and conclude the day with the Isandlwana Memorial.
Return to the lodge, freshen up, and then have supper and stay overnight.

Day 05

Journey to Hluhluwe Imfolozi Park and Night Drive

Have breakfast and then check out from Isandlwana.
Depart for Hluhluwe Imfolozi Park, one of the large game parks in South Africa, home to the Big Five as well as the elusive cheetah and wild dog.
Stop for lunch and continue the journey to the park.
Check in, view the area, take showers, and have supper.
Later, depart for a night drive in search of cats such as lions and leopards.
Return to the lodge and stay overnight.

Day 06

Walking Safari, Half-Day Drive, and Sunset Drive

Wake up and depart for an early morning safari guided walking trail.
Return to the lodge to freshen up and have breakfast.
Depart for a half-day drive.
Return to the lodge and relax.
Later, depart for a sunset drive.
Return to the lodge, have supper at the restaurant, and relax at the restaurant and bar.

Overnight at the lodge.

Day 07

eMakhosini Valley, Durban Exploration, and Sunset Cruise

Have breakfast, check out, and depart for eMakhosini Valley, close to various activities, shopping centres, beaches, and more.
Enjoy lunch along the way and continue the trip to eMakhosini. Check in at eMakhosini Hotel, view the area, and then depart for shopping and exploring Durban.
Return to the hotel, freshen up, and depart for a sunset cruise with supper.
Return to the hotel, relax, and stay overnight.

Day 08

1000 Hills Excursion and Beach Relaxation

Have breakfast and depart for a trip to 1000 Hills.
Enjoy lunch and explore theme parks in the area.
Then depart for the spectacular beach for a full day of amusement and relaxation.
After the recreation, return to eMakhosini Hotel.

Day 09

Full Day at uShaka Marine World

Have breakfast.
Depart for uShaka Marine World for the whole day, enjoying activities such as shark dive, ocean-walker experience, snorkel lagoon, meet a dolphin, seal encounter, and time to relax around the marine world.
Return to Pavilion Hotel for supper and an overnight stay.

Day 10

Michel Park Visit and Departure

Wake up, freshen up, and have breakfast.
Check out and depart for Michel Park and other surrounding areas of attraction, including shopping.
Have lunch in town, then depart for King Shaka International Airport for the 14h00 flight and bid farewell.
