Sign up for this 4-day tour starting with a northward drive from Trujillo to the temporarily closed Huaca Dragon from the Chimu culture. Then, explore the Chan Chan Site Museum and continue to Chan Chan. Wrap up your tour with a brief stop in Huanchaco to witness traditional reed boats called caballitos de totora.

Chan Chan & Palaces
- Today, we will drive north of Trujillo to visit the Huaca Dragon, also known as Huaca Arco Iris (Rainbow Pyramid), which belongs to the Chimu culture. This huaca is closed because of the pandemic and will open soon. (ask if it is already open)
- We replaced it with the Chan Chan Site Museum, which kept some artifacts found in Chan Chan excavations over 40 years.
- After this, we continue to Chan Chan, the largest adobe city in America.
- Then we go for a short view of Huanchaco with its traditional reed boats called caballitos de totora.
