Day 1: Addis Ababa
- Arrive at Bole International Airport and then transfer to the hotel by our staff member. Balance of the day, head for a city tour to visit Mt Entoto, Trinity Cathedral, Marksto St. George church, coffee houses such as Robert, Hadero, and Tomoca and for different coffee beans from all over the country.

Day 2: Addis Abeba - Jimma
- Take breakfast, then fly to Jimma.
- Visit some forest coffee plantations outside Jimma town, like Beda Bunna/coffee farmland.
- Go to coffee shops/houses where you can enjoy coffee produced in the Jimma region.

Day 3: Jimma - Bonga (125kms)
- Today, we drive to the birthplace of coffee, the Kaffa region, where the country's maximum coffee production is coming from.
- On arrival in Bonga town, enjoy lunch and continue to visit the traditional house of the Kaffa people.
- Drive to Adiyo Falls, Dadiben and Gora Hot Springs.
- On our hiking trip, we will visit a coffee plantation and several shops in Jimma.

Day 4: Bonga
- After breakfast, trek to Mankira village, a specific area where coffee Arabica is believed to have first been discovered by a legendary goat herder known as 'Kaldi'.
- Here, you will see forest coffee plantations growing in the wild—more visits to cooperative associations and coffee processing centres.
- En route, stop at the ancient church of Adaracha Medhanealem and the Gurguto Natural Bridge. Then back to Bonga for your hotel.

Day 5: Bonga - Mizan Teferi (250kms)
- Take breakfast, then a full-day drive to Mizanteferi.
- Visiting any coffee farmlands and coffee processing shops on the way.

Day 6: Mizan - Bebeka State Farm - Mizan (30kms)
- Have breakfast at your hotel early and drive to the Bebeka State coffee plantation.
- Drive to Bebeka, 30 km from Mizan Tefferi, then spend the whole day visiting the most significant and oldest state-owned coffee plantation in Ethiopia.
- Visit the growing stages of coffee plants from their seedling to coffee bean stages.
- After a picnic lunch, more visits to the farmland, including enjoying coffee in a nearby local village, then back to Mizan.

Day 7: Mizan - Jimma
- After breakfast, drive to Jimma using the same road we had the other day.
- On the way, stop at one of the oldest state-owned Wush-Wush tea plantations in Ethiopia, then head to Bonga for lunch.

Day 8: Jimma - Butajira
- In the morning, drive to the palace of King Aba Jiffar, located in the northern section of the town. Proceed to Butajira with a lunch stop at Negash Lodge in Wolliso town.

Day 9: Butajira - Awassa
- After breakfast, drive through the Rift Valley region to the lake-side town of Hawassa.
- On the way visit Abijata-Shalla lakes NP. Have lunch in Shashemene, then proceed to the Wendogenet public resort area with natural hot springs.
- Walk into the Sidama coffee farmlands and experience the typical coffee ceremony of the Sidama people.
- Late afternoon, we will be heading to Awassa City, situated on the Eastern side of Lake Awassa.

Day 10: Awassa - Yirgalem
- Breakfast, then drive to Awassa Fish Market, where the locals buy and sell the daily chats.
- Leave Awassa town and head south to the small village of Yirgalem using the main road leading to Kenya.
- All the way, enjoy traditional Sidama Houses encircled by Coffee and Enset/False Banana plantation.
- After lunch, leave the beautiful Aregash Lodge and walk deep into the natural forest surrounded by lush and green Coffee, Enset and other trees. Here, be invited to one of Sidama's houses, where you will experience the preparation of Enset/false banana food and test their delicious Sidama coffee.
- At night, enjoy a campfire and wild Hayena feeding who are coming to the fireplace for their dinner.

Day 11: Yirgalem - Dilla
- Drive through a very green landscape to reach Yirgachefe village, where one of Ethiopia's most popular coffee beans is harvested.
- Here, visit the Yirga Cheffe coffee cultivating and processing center, where the best coffee brands are for local and export use.
- It is the area where you can visit several Coffee Cooperatives and plantations.

Day 12: Dilla - Hageremariam - Dilla
- The day in Della will include a day trip to Hagre Mariam to visit coffee farms/plantations and cooperatives like Hadeso.
- After lunch, drive back to Dilla with a short stop at the ancient grave stelae of Tutu Fela, signifying testimonies of death cults in the past millennia.

Day 13: Dilla - Addis Ababa
- Direct drive to Addis Ababa.
- En route, visit Lake Ziway, known for a variety of aquatic bird species.

Day 14: Addis Ababa - Diredawa - Harar
- After breakfast, transfer to the airport for the flight to Diredawa.
- Drive to Garamuleta, where the best coffee production in the Harar region is located.
- Visit private coffee farms and cooperatives in the surrounding.

Day 15: Harar
- The day in Harar will include visiting Gursum village to see small coffee farmlands and processing centres and back to the hotel for lunch.
- Then, tour Ha Arar in the afternoon, including the coffee processing and packing shop.
- In the shops, enjoy the Hyena Man show, an activity of feeding the wild hyenas during nighttime, which has been a tradition for many centuries.

Day 16: Harar - Diredawa - Addis Ababa
- Drive to Diredawa and fly to Addis Ababa. In the afternoon, do more coffee shop visits, then later in the evening, enjoy an Ethiopian night in one of the cultural restaurants with Traditional meals and local dances.
- Finally, drop off at your hotel or transfer to the airport for departure home.
