Embark on a thrilling day tour starting with a drive through Zambezi National Park to the Botswana-Zimbabwe border, followed by a game drive in Chobe National Park and a scenic 3-hour boat ride on the Chobe River.
Itinerary

Botswana Day trip
Pick-up and Transfer:
- We pick you up at your lodge at 7:00 am.
- We drive 80 km to the border of Botswana and Zimbabwe, which takes approximately 1 hour.
- On the route to the border, we drive through Zambezi National Park, increasing the chances of spotting animals en route.
- Upon arrival at the border, we get our passports stamped for exiting Zimbabwe.
- Upon entry into Botswana, we change to a different vehicle, which will take us to Chobe National Park, a journey of approximately 15 minutes.
- Park fees are included in the price.
Game Drive:
- You embark on a game drive for about 3 hours, covering different areas to observe wildlife.
- During the drive, you'll be provided with water, and there will be a coffee and tea break.
Lunch:
- After the drive, you'll enjoy a buffet lunch at one of the lodges on the edge of Chobe River.
Boat Ride:
- Following lunch, you'll embark on a boat ride on the Chobe River, which serves as the border between Botswana and Namibia.
- The boat ride offers scenic views and opportunities to observe various birds and animals.
- The boat ride lasts for approximately 3 hours.
Border Crossing:
- After the boat ride, you'll be transferred to the border to leave Botswana and enter Zimbabwe.
- The driver guide will be waiting for you at the border.
- To avoid paying for the visa twice upon arrival in Zimbabwe, we recommend obtaining a double-entry visa.
Return Journey:
- After the border crossing, the search for animals continues as we drive through Zambezi National Park on the route back to your lodge, which takes approximately 1 hour.
