Itinerary

1. Day 1: Arusha - Tarangire National Park

   Early in the morning, after breakfast, you will be picked up by a driver and driven to Arusha. From Arusha, you will ascend to Tarangire National Park. Upon arrival at Tarangire National Park, you'll be immersed in a world of incredible biodiversity and natural beauty. The park is home to vast herds of elephants, as well as a wide variety of other wildlife, including lions, giraffes, zebras, and more. As you enjoy a game drive through the park, you'll have the opportunity to witness these animals in their natural habitats and learn about their behaviours and ecology from your knowledgeable guide. The park is also home to many bird species, making it a must-visit destination for birdwatchers. After the game drive, you will have dinner at Tarangire National Park.

2. Day 2: Tarangire - Ngorongoro Crater

   • Early in the morning, after having breakfast, you will depart for the Ngorongoro Crater for a 5-hour park ride. Upon arrival at the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, you'll descend into the crater itself, a vast natural amphitheatre that is home to an incredible array of wildlife. The crater is one of the most densely populated wildlife areas in Africa and is home to iconic species such as lions, leopards, elephants, and rhinos, as well as a variety of antelopes, gazelles, and other herbivores. As you embark on a game drive through the crater, your experienced guide will help you spot and identify the animals you encounter and will share fascinating insights into the crater's ecology and history. You'll also have the opportunity to learn about the Maasai people, who have lived in the area for centuries and maintain a close relationship with the natural environment. After a full day of exploring the wonders of the Ngorongoro Crater, you'll return to Arusha, where a driver will pick you up and drive you back to the airport.
