Description
We will visit Tirana, which many tourists and even locals do not know. The one beyond the blocks of buildings, the colors, the graffiti on the walls, enjoying the pie made there for the moment, (traditional Balkan) Turkish coffee, the Farmer's Market with organic products (figs, quinces, tangerines or oranges, pomegranates or other bios)...To continue further, try dairy cheese from cows, goats or sheep. We will walk further to the New Market, looking and tasting, or why not buy an Albanian medal from the time of communism. We will try the bread and meatballs in that queue at the Te Met Kodra restaurant. From there to the coffee bar Komiteti, a typical bar of the communist era, a kind of Mini Museum as well, where we will try the mulled brandy. And then we will enjoy the view over the Pyramid of Tirana, the former museum of dictator Hoxha. The end of the Tirana tour.
