Itinerary

1. Day 1 : Perfume River

   • Pick-up from hotel in Hue or airport at 8:30 am.

   • Visit Dong Ba Market, Bao Vinh and Thanh Ha Old Town– the past's bustling commercial trading port.

   • Embark on a boat at Thanh Phuoc wharf and visit the Thanh Phuoc village.

   • Ride to the Sinh village where people make folk paintings.

   • Explore Thanh Tien village, where paper flowers are made to worship Kitchen God in the lunar month every year.

   • Go back to the boat for lunch while enjoying the city’s scenery.

   • Arrive at the Thuy Bieu village, a laid back village famous for growing the Thanh Tra fruit (a kind of small pomelo). Go to an old communal house, pass by several ancient ancestral temples and meet the local people. Explore the town's glutinous rice winemaking communities. Also, enjoy a traditional therapeutic practice in the village.

   • Go for a cooking class on the cruise and prepare dinner under the chef’s instruction.

   • Have dinner and stay overnight on the boat.

2. Day 2 : Thien Mu PAagoda – Citadel

   • At 07:00 am, eat breakfast on the boat while enjoying the magnificent sunrise on the Perfume River.

   • Leave the cruise at 08:00 am and tour the Thien Mu Pagoda wharf; the Pagoda of the Celestial Lady is a historic temple in the city of Huế in Vietnam. Its iconic seven-story pagoda is regarded as the unofficial symbol of the city.

   • Visit the Thien Mu Pagoda (Heavenly Lady Pagoda), one of the country's oldest religious buildings. 

   • Go to the Citadel Complex of Hue. Set up by the Nguyen Dynasty from 1805 to 1945, it is now one of Hue's World Cultural Heritage sites.

   • Have lunch at a local restaurant.

   • Drop-off at your hotel in Hue or Phu Bai airport.
