Day 1: Arrival
- The guide will greet you and transport you to your Kampala hotel. Depending on your arrival time, our guide will take you on a city tour to give you an exciting introduction to the capital. Visit the Kasubi Tombs, the Namugongo Martyrs Shrine, the Uganda Museum, and the Uganda Museum African Craft Village. We also recommend that you change your money now.

Day 2: Jinja - Kampala
- We will depart the capital city after an early breakfast and go to Jinja, the source of the great Nile. We'll stop in Mabira Forest on the way. Hikers will stroll through this lovely forest, home to various monkeys, birds, and butterflies. This day has numerous possibilities, including a visit to the Nile's source, the Bujagali Falls, floating down the tough rapids, and relaxing on the Nile's beaches.

Day 3: Jinja - Mount Elgon
- We leave Jinja and travel to the mysterious eastern region of Uganda. We will drive via Mbale, a lovely village near Mount Kilimanjaro. Mount Elgon is a mountain in Uganda. This region has a rich past and a fascinating culture. We'll pass through some magnificent scenery on our journey to Sipi Village, which is set between mountains and waterfalls. After lunch at the hotel, you will go on a trek to the beautiful Sipi Falls. As you climb to the several waterfalls, you will pass through classic African bandas, banana plantations, and corn fields. Lacam Lodge provides dinner and overnight accommodations.

Day 4: Piswa Camp
- Following a substantial breakfast, we will transport you to Kapkwata at 2190 meters, where you will begin your journey up the Kapkwata Trail. It is a picturesque trek that takes you through bamboo, heath, and moor country before reaching at the Piswa Camp at 2850 meters—dinner and sleeping at the Piswa Hut Campground.

Day 5: Hunters Cave Camp
- Hike up to the caldera rim past stunning columns of rare and indigenous plant species, such as the enormous Lobelia Elgonensis. A trip to the slopes of Mount Elgon isn't complete without seeing the wild everlasting flowers. Before descending to the Hunters Cave Camp at 3850 meters, see the hot springs and Suam Gorge. Hunters Cave Camp provides dinner and camping.

Day 6: Mude Cave Camp
- After breakfast, climb to the top of the caldera to the 4321-meter-high Wagagai Peak. Descend through Jackson Peak (4200 meters) and the Jackson Pool to Mude Cave Camp (3500 meters). Mude Cave Camp provides dinner and camping.

Day 7: Mount Elgon - Kampala
- Early morning, descend through the Sasa trail to Budadiri and return to Mbale town. After having lunch in this calm place, we will continue to Kampala, where you can relax and reflect on your climb to Uganda's second highest summit. Dinner and overnight at Cassia Lodge.

Day 8: Departure
- You will bid farewell to the Pearl of Africa, having gained a once-in-a-lifetime experience and beautiful memories. Depending on your departure schedule, you may have time to spend in Kampala shopping for souvenirs.
- Alternatively, depart early for Entebbe and visit the Uganda Wildlife Education Centre for one last encounter with the country's stunning flora and animals.
- We will then transport you to the airport for your travel back home.
