Itinerary

1. Day 1: Moshi/Arusha – Arusha N.Park (Game Drive) – Arusha

   • After breakfast, you'll depart from your Arusha or Moshi accommodations and drive to the park. After entering the park, you will embark on a game drive. Your drive will pass you past park landmarks such as the Momella Lakes and Ngurdoto Crater - sometimes known as 'Little Ngorongoro'. 
   • Also, your safari vehicle will go under the Fig tree (Ficus thonningii), whose roots have formed an arch large enough for a safari car (elephant size) to pass underneath. You may stop, get out of the car and take pictures. 
   • During lunch, you will stop at a picnic site where you will have your lunch and proceed with the game drive. At around four, you will start leaving the National Park for Arusha, where you will spend the night!

2. Day 2: Arusha – Tarangire N.Park (Game Drive) – Manyara (Mto wa mbu)

   • After breakfast, you will hop in a four-by-four elongated land cruiser with a pop-up roof special for African safaris. You will then proceed to Tarangire National Park, where after checking, you will have a game drive until lunch hours. For lunch, you will stop at a picnic site, where you will have lunch, then proceed with the afternoon game drive.
   • At around four, you will depart from the National Park and drive to Manyara for dinner and overnight.

3. Day 3: Tarangire – Lake Manyara N.Park (Game Drive)

   • After breakfast, you'll enter Lake Manyara National Park. The park is truly a photographer's playground and offers some of the best game viewing in the world. You can expect to see many of Africa's most well-known animals, with the tree-climbing lions a particular treat. These proud predators lounge in acacia trees, practically begging to be photographed. Bird watchers will find Lake Manyara an absolute delight, with many birds displayed in the park.
   • Even the novice can expect to be amazed by large flamingo flocks, circling birds of prey, and the brightly coloured lilac-breasted roller. You'll then retire to the campsite at the crater's rim for dinner and a good night's rest.t.

4. Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater (Game Drive) – Arusha

   • After breakfast, you'll enter the Ngorongoro Crater, sometimes considered the 8th Wonder of the World. Home to over 120 mammal species, including the fabled Big Five, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area is one of the most sought-after safari destinations in the world. It's a perfect place to see the endangered black rhinoceros enjoying a lonely meal out on the grass plains and large numbers of hippopotami enjoying the cool water.
   • The craters also feature an extensive bird population, including geese, storks and vultures. The lovely flamingos on Soda Lake will grace you. Our highly skilled guides will impress you with their ability to track down animals. This is a skill that a book cannot teach you and that a selected few can perform. Your trip will end in the late afternoon, and we will proceed to Arusha/MoshFrom the comfort of your open-top vehicle, you'll be able to observe and photograph some of Africa's most recognisable faces. The crater is home to a large number of predators, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, jackals, and hyenas, as well as a large population of wildebeest, zebras, antelope, cape buffalo, and more. It is truly one of Africa's premier safari destinations. After the thrills and excitement of the day, you will have a picnic lunch by the park's famous hippo pool. After that, you will drive back to Arusha.

   Overnight at Arusha
