Itinerary

1. Day 1: Dushanbe - Darvaz

   Meeting in the city of Dushanbe at the hotel. Early at 8 o'clock in the morning, then a trip from Dushanbe to Darvaz via Nurek and Danagar, Kulyab (lunch in national cuisine), Shurobod district and accommodation in a guest house in Darvaza.

2. Day 2: Darvaz - Khorog

   Breakfast at the guest house (local cuisine), then a sightseeing tour of the center of Darvaz and a continuation of the trip towards the city of Khorog. We pass a fork in the Vanj region, then the Rushan region (lunch at a local cafe), the Shugnan region and accommodation in the city of Khorog (guest house).

3. Day 3: The town of Khorog – the capital of GornoBadakhshan Autonomous Oblast

   Breakfast at the guest house (local cuisine) and a city sightseeing tour. Nowadays, Khorog is the oblast's scientific, cultural, educational, and economic centre. The city hosts the Humanities Institute, the Pamiri Biological Institute of the Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, Khorog State University, began to function the University of Central Asia, a vocational school, a medical college, and a Music & Drama Theatre, as well as a hospital with modern medical equipment.

   After lunch, we drive towards the Hot mineral spring Garm-Chashma and check into a guest house.

4. Day 4: Hot mineral spring Garm-Chashma

   Breakfast at the guest house. Water procedures before lunch and after lunch we leave in the direction of the Shugnan region. Accommodation in a guest house and familiarization with the lifestyle of the local people.

5. Day 5: Shugnan - Dushanbe

   Return from the Pamirs to Dushanbe and arrive in the city in the evening.
