Tian'anmen Square - Forbidden City - Jinshan Park
- Your tour begins with a pickup from your central Beijing hotel by your private guide. You will first visit the most significant city central square, Tian'anmen Square, surrounded by the Great Hall of People, the Mausoleum of Mao Zedong and the National Museum of China.
- After walking around Tian'anmen Square, pass through the south gate to the magnificent Forbidden City, the imperial palace of the Ming and Qing dynasties. The Forbidden City is the most significant piece of ancient Chinese architecture and the best preserved.
- Exiting the Forbidden City from the north gate, you will see Jinshan Park (called Coal Hill). Hike to the top with your tour guide, and you will admire the superb view of the Forbidden City.
- Your tour will end at Jinshan Park, you can explore more of this area on your own, or your tour guide will help you get a taxi back to your hotel or your next destination (at your own cost).
